Insurance Product "AUTOCASCO"

A traditional insurance product for vehicle owners.

The following may be insured under this type of insurance:

Cars, trucks, and other types of vehicles;

Additional equipment. Additional equipment means equipment and accessories that are either not included in the vehicle's factory-standard configuration or are recognized as additional equipment by agreement of the parties.

Property insurance

The object of insurance is the property interests of the Policyholder (Beneficiary) associated with the risk of loss/destruction or damage to the insured property specified in the insurance contract (insurance policy), as well as with the risk of the Policyholder incurring unforeseen expenses due to an interruption in production/commercial activities.

Aircraft insurance (AVIACASCO)

The object of insurance is the property interests of the Policyholder (Beneficiary) related to the ownership, use, and disposal of the aircraft or its individual unit specified in the insurance contract, resulting from its destruction, missing in action, or damage.

Commercial and financial risks insurance

The object of insurance is the property interests of the Policyholder, who is a creditor under the transaction, associated with causing him damage as a result of non-fulfillment (improper fulfillment) of contractual obligations by the Policyholder's counterparty

Civil liability of owners of temporary storage warehouses / customs warehouses

The object of insurance is the property interests of the Policyholder related to his obligation, in accordance with the procedure established by the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, to compensate for losses of third parties (Beneficiaries) arising as a result of harm caused to goods stored in the warehouse, or violation of other terms of storage contracts with these persons.

Third party liability insurance

The object of insurance is the property interests of the Policyholder (or the Person whose liability risk is insured), which do not contradict the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, associated with the risk of incurring liability for causing harm to the life, health, or property of citizens, property of legal entities, municipalities, or subjects of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Civil liability insurance of customs representatives

The object of insurance is the property interests of the Policyholder related to his obligation, in accordance with the procedure established by the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, to compensate for losses of the Represented persons arising as a result of harm caused to the property of the Represented persons or violation of contracts with these persons.

Compulsory insurance of civil liability of organizations operating hazardous production facilities

The object of insurance is the property interest of an organization operating hazardous production facilities, related to the obligation established by the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic to compensate for harm caused to the life, health, and/or property of third parties, as well as the natural environment, as a result of an accident at a hazardous production facility.

Compulsory insurance of civil liability of the carrier of dangerous goods

The object of insurance is the property interests of the Policyholder related to his obligation, established by the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, to compensate for damage caused to the life, health, material assets of third parties, and the environment during the transportation of dangerous goods.

Compulsory insurance of carrier's civil liability to passengers

The object of insurance is the property interests of the Policyholder (Carrier) related to the obligation to compensate for harm caused to the life, health, and/or damage to the property of passengers, i.e., passengers' luggage, during each of their transportation by road, air, rail, or water transport.

Compulsory insurance of the employer's civil liability for harm caused to the life and health of an employee while he is performing his labor (official) duties

The object of insurance is the property interest of the Policyholder related to his obligation to compensate for harm caused to the life and health of an employee while he is performing his labor (official) duties.

Voluntary health insurance

The object of voluntary health insurance is the property interests of the Insured Person (individual) related to the payment for the organization and provision of medical and medicinal assistance (medical services) and other services due to a health disorder of the individual or a condition of the individual requiring the organization and provision of such services, as well as the implementation of preventive measures that reduce the degree and/or eliminate threats dangerous to the life or health of the individual.

Medical expenses insurance when traveling abroad

This type of insurance covers expenses incurred during the Insured Person's stay in the territory of a foreign state, in connection with the need to receive medical assistance, carry out repatriation, and receive other medical services, including transportation.

Accident insurance
