Company History

The Closed Joint-Stock Company «Insurance Company «Arsenal-Kyrgyzstan» was founded on June 7, 2013. Since that day, the company has been operating in the insurance market of the Kyrgyz Republic, offering a wide range of insurance services to individuals and legal entities.

Licences and Types of Activities

To date, the company holds 17 licences issued by the State Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. The licences are valid indefinitely.

«ARSENAL-KYRGYZSTAN» operates in the following areas:

Property insurance types (including insurance of vehicles, cargo, aircraft, enterprise property, and against all risks);

Compulsory insurance types (including compulsory motor third‑party liability insurance – the licence was obtained in July 2017);

Voluntary insurance types;

Reinsurance.

Financial Stability and Reliability

The company stands out for its financial stability, reliability, and responsible approach to fulfilling its obligations. The parent company – IC «Arsenal-Kyrgyzstan» – received a reliability rating of A («High level of reliability») from the rating agency «Expert RA» in September 2012.

The authorised capital of CJSC IC «Arsenal-Kyrgyzstan» exceeds 150,000,000 soms.
