Which categories may be taken into account

OSGOR is issued with regard to the employer’s staff if Law No. 194 of the Kyrgyz Republic requires the liability to be insured. The contract usually names staff categories.

  • production staff;
  • administrative and managerial staff;
  • support staff.

Headcount, payroll, and categories are set in the contract. Do not treat the terms as identical for every employer by default.
