The object of insurance is the property interests of the Policyholder related to his obligation, established by the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, to compensate for damage caused to the life, health, material assets of third parties, and the environment during the transportation of dangerous goods.
Insured Event
An Insured Event is an event that has occurred, upon the occurrence of which the Policyholder, acting as a cargo carrier, incurs the obligation to compensate for damage caused to the life, health, property of third parties, and the environment in connection with the use of a vehicle during the transportation of dangerous goods, which arose due to causes of a sudden, unforeseen, and unintentional nature, confirmed by the fact that justified claims or lawsuits for compensation of harm are brought against the Policyholder by Third parties, formalized in the manner established by the current legislation.
Sum Insured
The Sum Insured is the amount determined by the compulsory insurance contract, based on which the amounts of the insurance premium and the insurance payment are established.
The total amount of payments for all insured events occurring during the validity period of the insurance contract cannot exceed the amount of the sum insured.
Insurance Rate
The insurance rate for a specific cargo is established depending on the classification of the dangerous goods, the volume of the transported cargo, the type of transport carrying it, and other factors affecting the amount of potential damage and the probability of its occurrence.
