The object of insurance is the property interests of the Policyholder (Carrier) related to the obligation to compensate for harm caused to the life, health, and/or damage to the property of passengers, i.e., passengers' luggage, during each of their transportation by road, air, rail, or water transport.
Insured Events
Insured events are:
harm caused to the life and health of passengers traveling in the vehicle;
damage caused to the property (luggage) of passengers during transportation.
Insurance is provided for the duration of the trip in the vehicle.
Sum Insured (Liability Limit)
The liability limit for the risk of causing harm to the life and health of passengers is 300,000.00 soms;
The liability limit for the risk of causing damage to the property (luggage) of passengers is 10,000.00 soms.
Rates
for road transport — 0.045%
for railway transport — 5%
for water transport — 1%
for air transport — 0.007%
Additionally, coefficients are applied to the rates depending on the type of vehicle and the type of transportation (intra-city, intercity, international).
